Primarily it deals with foreign policies.

Trevor Tayor said that “International Relations is the academic discipline that tries to explain political activities across state boundaries.” According to this, international relation is an academic discipline. Through this academic discipline, it tries to discuss the political activities beyond the state boundaries or the international system.

However, International Relations is also about the affairs between states and other organizational bodies. It may be their economic, social, military, political or cultural. Also, International Relations cover a wide range of subject area. And in near future, it may take a higher place in the academic world.
